Disclaimer: This is the original version of what became "Rest Easy Now". The song refers to monsters, ghosts, spiders, Dracula and other scary things. Parents, we urge you to please listen to this song first by yourselves and make sure that it is something that your child will be okay with before playing it for them. Eric has performed the song a few times for the children of friends and family and they really love this version, so he wanted to make it available for the many kids out there who will enjoy it for what it is. But some younger kids in particular may not understand the tongue-in-cheek nature of it and might be genuinely scared by the song. Eric's intention is certainly not to actually scare kids with this song, but only to have a good laugh with the premise.
