GOT CHARACTER? is a terrific musical and motivational program for elementary schools, full of the usual comedy, participation and fun tunes that Eric is known for.  Eric starts with an idea that we are all familiar with, "you are what you eat," and expands on that to show how we also are what we do, say and think.  Ultimately, we are what we choose, and Eric encourages students to do the best they can, think positively, have goals and perseverance, eat healthy and exercise, and to be kind.  Got Character? is a great "Character Counts" or PBIS type of program, and also includes subjects such as bravery, responsibility, respect, and use of time.

BULLY SHMULLY is an entertaining and effective approach to the subject
of bullying and taking responsibility for how you act and react in your interpersonal relationships.

Inspired by psychologist Izzy Kalman's "Bullies 2 Buddies" method, Eric's Bully Shmully program focuses on helping the victims of bullying by giving them the tools they need to respond to situations of criticism and mockery with tact and humor.  This empowers them to be more self-confident and diplomatic, and deflates the effect of those who are mocking or critical.
